Description

Gentleman's International Watch Company pocket watch (more recently known simply as IWC) in attractive solid 14K yellow gold art-deco inspired case and original black dial.

Case

Solid 14K yellow gold case in new/old stock (mint and as new) condition. Case has smooth integral bezel and hinged rear cover with attractive engine-turned design. Case appears to have never been polished and is in completely original (factory) condition. Fully hallmarked both inside and out along with IWC markings (genuine IWC made case - not 3rd party). Bow and crown are both flawless and still retain their original sharp edges - and hallmarks.

Dimensions are 47mm in diameter, 10mm thick and 57mm top to bottom (including bow and stem).

Dial & Crystal

Original, gloss black sub-seconds dial is in mint condition and has a mixture of Arabic numbers and batons in gold (please ignore dust particles and camera shadows on close up images). Dial is signed 'International Watch Company, Schaffhausen'. Crystal is standard acrylic/Plexiglas type and is 'as new'.

Movement

Calibre 97 manual winding movement in very fine, 'as new' condition. Keeping superb time and has recently been fully overhauled. Full 12 months warranty.

Box, Paperwork & Accessories

As with the majority of pre-owned watches 5-10 yrs or older, this particular watch does not come with any original boxes or warranty certificate. The watch is 100% genuine and rest assured, we give a lifetime guarantee on the authenticity of all the watches we sell.
