Description

Gentleman's Rolex Oyster Perpetual Day-Date in 18K yellow gold with original rhodium silver dial. Unusually this watch comes complete with its matching 18K 'President' bracelet. Lovely condition. New replacement model RRP: £26,600.

Case

18K yellow gold case is in very good condition with 'Fluted' yellow gold bezel and matching 18K screw down 'Twinlock' winding crown - both in excellent order with none of the all too common chips, dents, etc. Rear cover also in mint condition with no damage from incorrect entry attempts and has no inscription or engraving. Case reference no: 1803. Serial no: 5067xxx.

Case dimensions are 36mm in diameter (not including crown), 12.5mm thick and 43mm lug to lug.

Dial & Crystal

Very attractive and unusual Rhodium (dark silver) dial is in very good overall condition with some patina around the edges and a few of the diamond hour markers. This is an original dial both in its finish and the fact that it is an original/factory Rolex diamond-set dial and not a so-called 'afterset' or 'aftermarket' dial. Rolex Coronet at 12 o'clock and matching yellow gold hands. Dial is signed "Rolex Oyster Perpetual Day-Date, Superlative Chronometer Officially Certified" with "O T Swiss T O" at 6 o'clock. The 'O' letters signify that this dial is a 'Sigma' dial which has solid gold hands and Rolex Coronet - very rare.

Acrylic crystal is perfect with no marks, scratches or chips of any kind and was replaced at recent service.

Bracelet/Strap

18K yellow gold 'President' bracelet is in superb condition and has concealed 'Crownclasp' - this would likely be a later 'Service Replacement' bracelet supplied by Rolex during a past service. Bracelet will currently fit approx 7.5" wrist or can be adjusted by adding/removing links as required. Additional links available at trade cost.

Movement

Automatic winding calibre 1555, 25 jewel signed Rolex movement in very fine condition - recently fully serviced and keeping superb time. 12 months warranty.

Box, Paperwork & Accessories
