Description

Gentlemen's Rolex Explorer in superb condition with original black dial. This model was phased out and replaced with a slightly larger version. The 'old' models are becoming highly collectable so time to grab one now before they increase too much in value.

Case

Stainless steel case is in virtually 'as new' condition with polished sides and brushed top. Smooth polished bezel in excellent condition. Original Twinlock winding crown. This is the version of the watch with the 'no-pin-holes' case. Case ref: 114270. Serial no: K324xxx.

Case dimensions are 36mm (not including crown), 12mm thick and 44mm lug to lug.

Dial & Crystal

Black dial with applied, luminous white gold 3, 6, 9 hour markers and batons. Original 'Mercedes' hands - which match the lume of the hour markers perfectly. Sapphire crystal in perfect condition with no marks or chips of any kind.

Bracelet/Strap

Stainless steel 'Oyster' bracelet with fliplock deployant clasp is in excellent condition with only very slight play/stretch in the links and very slight surface marks here and there - a very looked after watch. Clasp snaps shut nice and tightly. Will currently fit approx 8" wrist or can be adjusted. This is the later version of the Explorer bracelet with 'Fliplock' clasp rather than just the standard folding clasp and also benefits from having SEL's (Solid End Links).

Movement

Original Rolex calibre 3130, Certified Chronometer, self-winding (automatic) movement. Comes with full 12 months warranty for total peace of mind.

Box, Paperwork & Accessories
