Description

Rolex Oyster Perpetual Explorer in stainless steel with black dial - excellent condition. This model was phased out in 2010 and replaced with a larger 39mm version which was again, phased out in 2021 and replaced with a 36mm case (same as this one).

Case

Stainless steel case is in excellent condition with polished sides and brushed top. Smooth polished bezel also in excellent condition, appears unpolished & very crisp. Original Twinlock winding crown. This was the very latest version of the model with the 'no-pin-holes' case. Case ref: 114270. Serial no: F462xxx.

Case dimensions are 36mm (not including crown), 12mm thick and 44mm lug to lug.

Dial & Crystal

Perfect gloss black dial with applied, luminous white gold hour markers/batons. 'Mercedes' hands. Original Sapphire crystal is also perfect with no scratches or edge chips of any kind.

Bracelet/Strap

Stainless steel 'Oyster' bracelet is in excellent condition with virtually ZERO play/stretch in the links - a very well looked after watch. Clasp snaps shut nice and tightly. Will currently fit approx 8.25" wrist or can be adjusted. This was the latest version of the Explorer bracelet with newer 'Fliplock' clasp rather than the standard folding clasp of the previous model and has the solid-end-links (SEL's) too. Full retail-length bracelet as when new.

Movement

Original Rolex calibre 3130, Certified Chronometer, self-winding (automatic) movement. Full 12 months warranty as with all our watches.

Box, Paperwork & Accessories

Comes as a complete set with both original boxes, both manuals, both hang-tags, leatherette wallet, calendar, translation booklet and the all important original punched waranty certificate.
