Description

Rolex Oyster Perpetual Submariner (non-date, 4-liner) model ref: 14060M. This was the very last 'Chronometer 'Certified' version before Rolex made the jump to the larger 'Maxi' case. This is a complete set with both boxes, manuals, hang-tags and warranty card.

Case

Stainless steel case is in excellent condition with highly polished sides and satin finished top and bottom. Original black bezel insert is in nr. perfect condition with no noticeable marks or scratches. Screw down, Trip-Lock winding crown. Model reference 14060M. Serial number: V152xxx.

Case dimensions are 40mm (not including crown - 44mm including), 13mm thick and 47.5mm lug to lug.

Dial & Crystal

Flawless black dial with applied hour markers and Mercedes hands. Signed "Rolex Oyster Perpetual, Submariner, 1000ft=300m, Superlative Chronometer Officially Certified" with "Swiss Made" at 6 o'clock. This model has the newer 'Luminova' dial which charges its luminosity from daylight as opposed to the older 'Tritium' type which glows from being an isotope and diminishes after around 10-12 years.

Sapphire crystal is free from scratches but has a tiny edge chip at approx 4:30 - difficult to see in all honesty.

Bracelet/Strap

Stainless steel 'Oyster' FlipLock bracelet is also in excellent condition with only a few light handling marks from careful use and has only very slight lateral play in links. Bracelet will currently fit between 7" - 8.5" wrist or can be increased/decreased further by adding/removing links.

Movement

Automatic calibre 3130 movement in very fine condition, running perfectly and keeping excellent time. Comes with full 12 months warranty for your complete peace of mind.

Box, Paperwork & Accessories

Comes complete with both original boxes, both original manuals, leatherette wallet with translation booklet, both hang-tags and original warranty card - the much desired 'Complete set'.
