Description

Gentleman's classic stainless steel Rolex OysterDate with original white dial, fitted with a black HIRSCH 'Regent' strap. Really nice condition - not overly-polished.

Case

Stainless steel case is in excellent condition with smooth bezel and screw down 'Twinlock' winding crown. Rear cover of case is also in excellent condition and doesn't exhibit any of the all-to-common deep scratches/damage often seen from the use of incorrect tools to gain entry. No signs of corrosion inside case back either - a lovely example. Case reference number: 6694. Serial number: 750xxx denoting year of manufacture to approx. 1962.

Case dimensions are 34.5mm in diameter (not including crown), 12mm thick and 42mm lug to lug.

Dial & Crystal

Very clean and completely original white dial with applied baton/dagger hour markers and Rolex coronet at 12 o'clock. Matching original 'alpha' hands and what appears to be the original date wheel too. Dial is signed 'Rolex, OysterDate, Precision' with '- T Swiss T -' at 6 o'clock. Date aperture at 3 o'clock.

Brand new acrylic crystal in perfect condition with no marks or scratches of any kind.

Bracelet/Strap

We have fitted a new high quality HIRSCH 'Regent' strap finished in matte black with complementing stainless steel buckle to the watch.

We are Hirsch stockists and can change the strap to any from their 'Classic' machine made range, or 'Precious Leathers' range of superb hand-made straps if you desire (subject to cost). Please contact us for further details.

Movement

Manual winding calibre 1225, fully signed Rolex movement in very fine condition and complete with 12 months warranty for your complete peace of mind.

Box, Paperwork & Accessories

As with the majority of pre-owned Rolex 5-10 yrs or older, this particular watch does not come with its original boxes or warranty certificate. The watch is 100% genuine and rest assured, we give a lifetime guarantee on the authenticity of all the watches we sell.
