Description

Gentleman's Rolex stainless steel Air-King with original metallic silver dial and black Louisana Alligator strap. A very handsome and elegant timepiece that can easily pass as either a dress or casual watch.

Case

Stainless steel case in excellent condition with smooth stainless steel bezel and screw down 'Twinlock' winding crown. Rear cover also in excellent condition with slight patina to poilshed centre but no damage to toothed edge. Case reference: 5500. Serial: 3773***.

Case dimensions are 34.5mm in diameter (not including crown), 11.5mm thick and 41.5mm lug to lug.

Dial & Crystal

Original metallic silver dial is in very good condition with applied white metal 'baton' hour markers and Rolex coronet at 12 o'clock. Dial is signed 'Rolex, Oyster Perpetual, Air-King, Precision' with '-T Swiss Made T-' at 6 o'clock denoting this as a Tritium dial. Matching (also believed to be original) white metal hands are in excellent condition.

Brand new domed acrylic crystal is perfect with no marks or scratches of any kind.

Bracelet/Strap

We have fitted a very high quality Hirsch 'London' Louisiana Alligator strap to the watch, finished in black with complementing stainless steel buckle.

Movement

Automatic model 5500 fitted with the 1520 calibre Rolex movement in very fine condition. This watch has just been fully serviced and comes with our full 12 months warranty.

Box, Paperwork & Accessories

As with the majority of pre-owned Rolex 5-10 yrs or older, this particular watch does not come with its original boxes or warranty certificate. The watch is 100% genuine and rest assured, we give a lifetime guarantee on the authenticity of all the watches we sell.
