Description

Beautiful gentleman's Jaeger LeCoultre in 18K yellow gold case with fancy teardrop lugs and gorgeous white sub-seconds dial. A really superb investment piece in wonderful condition and suitable as a daily wearer due to its (for the period) large size.

Case

Solid 18K yellow gold case is in excellent condition with that beautiful vintage lustre to the gold that seems to escape modern gold watches. Looks very elegant & sophisticated on the wrist. Can only have been very lightly polished throughout its life as edges to case sides, lugs and rear of case are still crisp and not rounded as we see with a lot of vintage pieces. Rear of case has reference number: 404757. (Images no.4 & no.5 show hallmark indentations - these are not dents).

Case dimensions are 35.5mm in diameter (not including crown), 9mm thick and 45mm lug to lug.

Dial & Crystal

Beautifully refinished white sub-seconds dial is again, in flawless condition with inner minute markers and gold 'dagger' batons accented with applied gold numerals at 12, 3, 6 & 9 o'clock. Matching yellow gold 'Daphine' hands Dial is signed "Jaeger LeCoultre" with "Swiss" at 6 o'clock.

Plexiglas/acrylic crystal is like new and flawless with no chips or scratches of any kind.

Bracelet/Strap

We have fitted a new dark brown crocodile strap to the watch with complementing gold-filled buckle.

We are also Hirsch stockists and can change the strap to any from their 'Classic' machine made range, or 'Precious Leathers' range of superb hand-made straps if you desire (subject to cost). Please contact us for further details..

Movement

Completely original & fully signed Jaeger LeCoultre manual-winding movement in perfect working order and keeping superb time. Fully serviced by our watchmaker and comes with full 12 months warranty for your complete peace of mind.

Box, Paperwork & Accessories
