Description

Gentleman's Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date in 18K yellow gold with beautiful 'Index' bezel and original white Roman Numeral dial. Fabulous, crisp condition and very unusual to find a Rolex of this vintage complete with original box, wallet AND original warranty certificate.

Case

Solid 18K yellow gold case with matching 'Index' yellow gold bezel; both in mint, almost flawless condition. Rear cover is also mint with no imperfections, damage or inscriptions. Original screw down 'Twinlock' winding crown. Model reference: 1501. Serial number: 2908xxx

Case dimensions are 34mm in diameter (not including crown), 11mm thick and 39.5mm lug to lug.

Dial & Crystal

Stunning original dial with applied yellow gold 'baton' hour markers and Roman Numerals is in mint/flawless condition with the original hands and Rolex coronet at 12 o'clock. Dial is signed 'Rolex, Oyster Perpetual Date, Superlative Chronometer Officially Certified' with 'T Swiss T' at 6 o'clock.

Acrylic crystal is brand new, having recently been replaced during service and is perfect with no marks or scratches of any kind.

Bracelet/Strap

Brand new high quality crocodile strap finished in dark brown with complementing Rolex signed gold-filled buckle.

We are also Hirsch stockists and can change the strap to any from their 'Classic' machine made range, or 'artisanal' range of superb hand-made straps if you desire (subject to cost). Please contact us for further details.

Movement

Automatic winding, fully signed Rolex movement in lovely condition. Keeping superb (almost Chronometer) time and complete with full 12 months warranty for your complete peace of mind.
