Description

Gentlemans Rolex Precision in 18ct solid gold with gorgeous horn-shaped lugs & white sub-seconds dial. A stunning Rolex 1950s dress watch in perfect working order. I have personally seen a similar watch for sale in London for over £12k.

Case

Beautiful 18ct yellow gold case is in excellent condition and has a polished finish throughout. The lug design of this case is simply stunning. A very rare case indeed (and a good size as many 1950's watches were quite diminutive by todays standards). Inside rear cover is signed Rolex and has hallmarks for 18ct. The outside of the rear cover is completely plain.

Case dimensions are 33mm in diameter (not including crown, 34.5mm including), 8mm thick and 40mm lug to lug.

Dial & Crystal

Very beautiful & elegant white sub-seconds dial is in perfect condition. It was completely refinished during its recent overhaul. The dial has applied gold batons at 3, 6, 9 & 12 o'clock with the remaining hour markers being printed on the dial. The watch has also retained its original 'pencil' hands. Dial is signed 'Rolex', 'Precision' with 'Swiss Made' at 6 o'clock.

Acrylic/Plexiglas crystal is brand new and again, flawless.

Bracelet/Strap

We have fitted a brand new black crocodile strap to the watch with a complementing gold-filled genuine Rolex buckle.

We are also Hirsch stockists and can change the strap to any from their 'Classic' machine made range or 'Artisanal' range of superb hand-made straps if you desire (subject to cost). Please contact us for further details.

Movement

Manual winding, fully signed Rolex movement in very fine condition. Has just been fully serviced, running perfectly and keeping superb time. Full 12 months warranty.
