Description

Gentlemans Rolex 9ct Precision with white numbered dial and brown leather strap with very attractive 'Bombe' lugs. A lovely slim mens (or ladies) dress watch in perfect working order.

Case

Beautiful 'Bombe' (pronounced Bombay) 9ct yellow gold case is in excellent condition and has a polished finish throughout. Inside rear cover (not pictured) are hallmarks for 9ct. The outside of the rear cover is completely plain and bears no inscription. A large number of these 1950's-1960's gold Rolex Precision watches were given as service awards and are often inscribed. It is pleasently unusual to find one such as this which is untouched. This is only the second 'Bombe' Precision that we've ever had in stock.

Case dimensions are 31mm in diameter (not including crown), 9mm thick and 38.5mm lug to lug.

Dial & Crystal

Very attractive & elegant white sub-seconds dial is in perfect condition. It was completely refinished during its recent overhaul. The dial has applied gold numbers with matching original hands. Dial is signed 'Rolex', 'Precision' with 'Swiss' at 6 o'clock.

Acrylic/Plexiglas crystal is brand new and again, flawless.

Bracelet/Strap

We have fitted a brand new brown calf leather strap to the watch with a complementing gold filled buckle.

We are also Hirsch stockists and can change the strap to any from their 'Classic' machine made range or 'Artisanal' range of superb hand-made straps if you desire (subject to cost). Please contact us for further details.

Movement

Manual winding, signed Rolex movement in very fine condition. Has just been fully serviced, running perfectly and keeping superb time. Full 12 months warranty.
