Description

Gentlemans Rolex 18ct/SS DateJust with gorgeous factory diamond-set, black dial & matching 18ct/SS 'Jubilee' bracelet (QuickSetDate model). Lovely example of a much sought-after model. New RRP: £8,600.

Case

Stainless steel case in very fine condition with 'fluted' yellow gold bezel and screw down 'Twinlock' winding crown also in gold. Rear cover is perfect, showing no signs of incorrect entry.We bought this watch from its original owner and from inspection, the watch has been worn only a handful of times and spent the vast majority of its life in a safe. This is the original factory finish and the watch has never been re-finished or re-polished in any way. Case reference number: 16233. Serial number: Y875xxx.

Case dimensions are 36mm in diameter (not including crown), 12mm thick and 44mm lug to lug.

Dial & Crystal

Stunning black, diamond-set dial in flawless condition with diamond hour markers. This is a factory diamond-set genuine Rolex dial and not to be confused with inferior 'aftermarket' or 'after-set' dials. Dial has matching gold hands and Rolex coronet at 12 o'clock. Signed "Rolex Oyster Perpetual DateJust, Superlative Chronometer Officially Certified, Swiss Made". Date aperture at 3 o'clock (QuickSetDate).

Sapphire crystal is like new and flawless with no chips or scratches of any kind.

Bracelet/Strap

18ct/SS 'Jubilee' bracelet in wonderful condition showing virtually ZERO stretch/play in links. Bracelet will currently fit approx. 8" wrist or can be adjusted and comes with one extra link. This is a full 'retail-length' bracelet as when new.

Movement

Automatic model 16233 (QuickSetDate) calibre 3135 signed Rolex movement in very fine condition. Has just been fully overhauled, running perfectly and keeping superb time. Full 12 months warranty.
