#51886 - Rolex 9ct Gold Precision With White Centre-Seconds Dial & Brown Leather Strap Year: c1965 Price: SOLD (13/1/14) Shipping (Within UK): FREE Shipping (Worldwide): £12 Description Gentlemans Rolex 9ct Precision with white 3, 6, 9 dial and brown leather strap with matching gold-filled buckle. A very attractive, slim mens (or ladies) dress watch in perfect working order. Quite unusual to find this particular model/style with centre seconds as opposed to the more common, sub-seconds movement & dial configuration. Case Lovely 9ct yellow gold case is in excellent condition and has a polished finish throughout. Inside rear cover (not pictured) are English hallmarks for 9ct. The outside of the rear cover is completely plain although there are one or two signs that there used to be an engraving here of some kind which has been polished out or filled in at some point. Case dimensions are 31mm in diameter (not including crown), 9mm thick and 38.5mm lug to lug. Dial & Crystal Very attractive, white centre-seconds dial is in flawless condition and has recently been re-finished to the highest standard. The dial has 3, 6 & 9 in Arabic numbers with the rest of the hour markers being made up of 'dagger' batons. Dial is signed 'Rolex', 'Precision' with 'Swiss' at 6 o'clock. There is also a raised Rolex coronet at 12 o'clock. Acrylic/Plexiglas crystal is brand new and again, flawless. Bracelet/Strap We have fitted a soft, brown leather strap to the watch with a complementing gold filled buckle. We are also Hirsch stockists and can change the strap to any from their 'Classic' machine made range or 'Artisanal' range of superb hand-made straps if you desire (subject to cost).
