New model RRP: £5,300. Case Stainless steel case in very fine condition with screw down 'Twinlock' winding crown. White gold 'fluted' bezel also in very fine condition with none of the all too common chips, dents, etc. Case ref: 16234. Serial no: T281xxx. This is the later 'no pin holes' case design. Case dimensions are 36mm in diameter (not including crown), 11.5mm thick and 44mm lug to lug. Dial & Crystal Original, flawless condition glossy black dial has applied steel 'baton' hour markers with complementing hands and Rolex coronet at 12 o'clock. Signed "Rolex Oyster Perpetual DateJust, Superlative Chronometer Officially Certified, T Swiss Made T". Roman Numeral minute track around the outside edge. Date aperture at 3 o'clock (QuickSetDate). Sapphire crystal is like brand new and unmarked with no chips or scratches of any kind.
