#51648 - Rolex Cellini Dress Watch In 14ct Gold With Integral 14ct Gold Bracelet Year: c1965 Price: SOLD Shipping (Within UK): FREE Shipping (Worldwide): £12 Description Beautiful condition mid-sixties Rolex Cellini dress watch in 14ct yellow gold with matching, integral 14ct yellow gold bracelet. Very rare watch and doubly so in this, completely original condition. Case Case is in very fine condition and appears to have hardly been worn. There are no dents or dings in the case. The original, Rolex signed winding crown is present. This is a front loading case and the bezel snaps shut tightly with no damage around the lever off point. Iniside the case are Swiss hallmarks for 14ct along with Rolex, Montres stamps. Total case/bracelet weight (without movement) is 56.6 grams. Case dimensions are 32mm and only 6mm thick! Dial & Crystal The original champagne finish dial is in excellent condition with applied 'baton' hour markers and Rolex Coronet at 12 o'clock. The dial has only the very faintest signs that it is a vintage watch - just a small amount of patina around the very outer edges (mostly around 10 o'clock). Original 'stick' hands are also retained. The dial is signed 'Rolex Geneve', 'Cellini' with 'Swiss' at 6 o'clock. The crystal is 'as new' with no chips, scratches or marks of any kind. Bracelet/Strap The bracelet is a real thing of beauty. It has no damage whatsoever and is as tight as as the day it was made. We can find no signs of repairs either which is very rare on these mesh style bracelets. Unusually the bracelet has a decent length and will fit a 7.5" wrist with ease. There is a double-locking clasp which is again signed with a Rolex Coronet. Movement Calibre 1600, manual winding movement is in excellent condition & keeping superb time. Watch has just been fully serviced by our Rolex accredited watchmaker.
