The history of the company dates back to 1765 when Johannes Franz Hirsch opened a leather workshop in Lower Austria, producing leather for shoes and saddles in a small tannery. Since that time leather working has stood at the centre of the business activities of the Hirsch family. This family tradition has been successfully continued over the generations. HIRSCH works on leather with perfection and a love for detail.
