Description

Mint condition Rolex Submariner in stainless steel with Luminova dial. This model has now been discontinued and replaced with a slightly larger version. These watches are becoming quite collectable now and we expect prices to start to rise sharply over the next few years. Complete with original Rolex warranty certificate.

Case

Case is in mint condition and appears virtually 'unworn'. Brushed effect on the top and bottom with highly polished sides - this is the slightly older model with visible 'pin-holes' in case sides. Original bezel insert is in very good condition with just a couple of minor marks. Case ref: 16610. Serial number: W690xxx.

Case dimensions are 40mm (not including crown - 44mm including), 13mm thick and 47.5mm lug to lug.

Dial & Crystal

Dial is perfect and 'as new' with date window at 3 o' clock. Dial is signed 'Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date, Submariner, 1000ft = 300m, Superlative Chronometer Officially Certified' with 'Swiss Made' at 6 o'clock which marks this dial as a 'Luminova' dial which means the luminosity will still function unlike the older Tritium dials.

The crystal is 'as new' with no chips, scratches or marks.

Bracelet/Strap

Bracelet is in very fine condition showing only virtually no stretch/play in links. The complete watch has clearly been looked after and worn carefully. Bracelet length is approx. 8.5" or can be adjusted. This is a full 'retail length' bracelet with all links present as when new.

Movement

Model 16610, automatic Chronometer movement in excellent condition - keeping superb time. Watch has just been fully serviced by our Rolex accredited watchmaker. Complete with 12 months warranty.
