Description

Gentlemans Rolex 18ct/SS DateJust with lovely champagne, Roman Numeral dial & matching 18ct/SS 'Jubilee' bracelet (QuickSetDate model). Complete with original boxes, hangtags and warranty certificate. New RRP: £6,710.

Case

Stainless steel case in very fine condition with 'fluted' yellow gold bezel and screw down 'Twinlock' winding crown also in gold. Rear cover is perfect, showing no signs of incorrect entry. Clearly, this watch has been looked after. This is the later 'no pin holes' case. Model reference: 16233, serial number: T786xxx.

Case dimensions are 36mm in diameter (not including crown), 12mm thick and 44mm lug to lug.

Dial & Crystal

Original, flawless champagne, Roman numeral dial with applied hou markers, matching gold hands and Rolex coronet at 12 o'clock. Dial is signed "Rolex Oyster Perpetual DateJust, Superlative Chronometer Officially Certified, T Swiss Made T". This is a non-luminous dial and the Roman Numeral hour markers and hands are gold/onyx. Date aperture at 3 o'clock (QuickSetDate).

Sapphire crystal is in excellent condition with only a very slight chip around the 7 o'clock position. This is difficult to see and doesn't really warrant replacement.

Bracelet/Strap

18ct/SS 'Jubilee' bracelet in very good condition showing some lateral stretch/play in links. Bracelet will currently fit approx. 8" wrist or can be adjusted.

Movement

Automatic model 16233, 3135 (QuickSetDate) calibre signed Rolex movement in very fine condition. Has just been fully overhauled, running perfectly and keeping superb time. Full 12 months warranty.
